Our retreat schedule will encourage plenty of downtime for guests to rest and recuperate. To help rejuvenate our bodies, each retreat guest will receive a 60-minute recovery massage. The group will also visit a local hot springs to soak and savor incredible mountain views.
In addition to the above features, guests will also enjoy nourishing home-cooked meals, connection with other like-minded women of all ages and backgrounds, the comfort of the Wolf Den’s accommodations and much more!

about Zen at the Den
Gretchen curated the loveliest weekend. Nothing was overlooked and we were made to feel welcome and cared for during our stay. Truly wonderful!!
The focus of the retreat stays on you taking time for yourself. Every detail of the weekend is well thought out—just enough planned, and just enough down-time. The food is INCREDIBLE, the fellowship unforgettable, and the laughter unstoppable.
I am able to express my gratitude for what these days have met to me and the ladies I met. Life changing. Thank you! I would love to participate in 2023. Thank you for this experience.
